Plug the Memory Orb into your computer using the included cable. Once connected, it will appear as a removable drive on your computer.

Step 2: Open Your Files

Open the folder containing the video you want to upload. Choose a video saved on your computer — a message, memory, or special moment.

Step 3: Drag & Drop

Simply drag and drop your video file into the Memory Orb folder. No software, no apps, and no setup required.

Step 4: Safely Disconnect

Once the file transfer is complete, safely eject the device from your computer and unplug it.

Step 5: Enjoy

That’s it. Your video will automatically play on the Memory Orb, bringing your memory to life instantly.

The idea for our product came from noticing how easily meaningful videos get lost. Special messages, memories, and moments often live on phones, rarely revisited. We wanted to change that by giving those memories a physical presence — something you can see every day, not scroll past.

Our focus was to create a product that feels intentional, simple, and lasting. Every detail was designed to remove friction, from how easy it is to upload content to how naturally the product fits into your space. The goal was never just to display video, but to make memories feel present, valued, and personal.

Each Memory Orb begins with handcrafted glasswork. Using traditional glassblowing techniques, skilled artisans shape molten glass into a smooth, perfectly balanced sphere. This process ensures every orb has a unique character, while maintaining the clarity and strength needed for a refined finish.

Once the glass has been formed and carefully cooled, the orb is inspected and polished to achieve its clear, luminous surface. Inside, the display and electronic components are precisely assembled and tested to ensure smooth video playback and long-term reliability.

Finally, each Memory Orb is individually checked, programmed, and prepared for use. From the glassblowing stage to the final quality inspection, every step is focused on creating a product that feels thoughtful, durable, and truly special — designed to preserve your memories in a way that lasts.
